Terms of Use

The VALPRIA automation assessment is provided as a free, indicative business-planning tool. You do not need an account to use the public assessment.

Assessment scores, estimated time savings, financial opportunity, feasibility ratings, implementation difficulty and suggested automation approaches are estimates generated from the information you provide. They are not guarantees of savings, revenue, performance, implementation cost or business outcome.

You remain responsible for checking whether an automation, process change or suggested approach is appropriate for your organisation, systems, staff, customers, legal obligations, security requirements and risk tolerance.

You are responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of information you submit to VALPRIA. Do not submit confidential, sensitive or personal information that is not reasonably necessary for the assessment or enquiry you are making.

You confirm that you have the right to provide any information, process descriptions, company information or other material you submit through the service.

Sending an implementation enquiry, asking for a quote or requesting a review does not by itself create a contract or require either party to proceed.

If VALPRIA agrees to provide paid implementation, consulting or automation services, the scope, price, timing, responsibilities and any other project-specific terms will be agreed separately before paid work begins. Those specific written terms will take priority over these website terms if there is any conflict.

Sponsor positions are limited and subject to VALPRIA's review and approval. Sending a sponsorship enquiry does not reserve a position and does not guarantee acceptance.

Sponsorship pricing is agreed privately and may vary between sponsors. Before a paid sponsorship begins, VALPRIA and the sponsor will agree the position, recurring monthly price, currency and any relevant commercial terms.

Approved recurring sponsorship payments may be processed through Stripe. The Stripe Checkout page will show the recurring amount before the sponsor confirms payment. A sponsorship subscription is not created merely by submitting the public enquiry form.

Any specific written sponsorship terms agreed with a sponsor, together with the payment information presented at checkout, will take priority over this general website section where there is a conflict.

VALPRIA may decline a sponsorship enquiry where an organisation, website, product, service or proposed promotion is not considered suitable for the platform or its audience.

Sponsors are responsible for ensuring that their names, logos, links, claims and other supplied materials are accurate, lawful and do not infringe third-party rights.

The detailed duration, cancellation arrangements and consequences of ending a paid sponsorship will be those communicated and agreed for that sponsorship before or when the subscription is started.

VALPRIA's website design, branding, software, assessment methodology, written content and other original platform materials are owned by VALPRIA or used with appropriate rights, except where otherwise stated.

You retain any rights you already hold in material you submit. You may use the assessment result generated for you for your internal business purposes. These terms do not transfer ownership of VALPRIA's underlying software, methodology or branding.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence where applicable.

Subject to that, the free assessment and general website content are provided for indicative business decision support. VALPRIA is not responsible for losses caused by treating an estimate or suggested approach as a guaranteed result, or by implementing an automation without appropriate testing, review and oversight.

To the extent permitted by law, VALPRIA will not be liable for indirect or consequential business losses arising solely from use of the free public assessment or general website content. Any liability relating to separately agreed paid services or sponsorship will also be governed by the specific terms agreed for that service or sponsorship.
