Frequently asked questions

Everything you need to know about VALPRIA assessments, financial estimates, implementation and sponsorship.

What is VALPRIA?+

VALPRIA is an Automation Intelligence Platform that helps businesses assess whether a process is worth automating before committing time and money to implementation. It evaluates automation feasibility, business value and implementation difficulty, then produces a practical Automation Plan.

Who is VALPRIA for?+

VALPRIA is designed for businesses, teams and decision-makers who want to understand whether a repetitive or time-consuming process presents a worthwhile automation opportunity. You do not need technical or automation expertise to use the assessment.

What types of processes can VALPRIA assess?+

VALPRIA can assess a wide range of business processes, including data entry, reporting, document handling, email processing, administration, system-to-system transfers, approvals, validation and other repetitive workflows. The quality of the assessment depends on the information provided.

How accurate is the automation assessment?+

VALPRIA provides a decision-support estimate based on the process information supplied during the assessment. It is not a technical implementation guarantee. Detailed discovery may uncover system limitations, integration requirements, security considerations or process exceptions that change the final automation scope.

What does Estimated Annual Opportunity mean?+

Estimated Annual Opportunity represents the estimated gross annual value of the manual time that could potentially be reduced through automation, based on the process workload and labour-cost information provided.

Does the annual opportunity include implementation and ongoing costs?+

No. The Estimated Annual Opportunity does not automatically deduct implementation costs, software subscriptions, hosting, maintenance, specialist support or other ongoing expenses. These costs should be considered separately when evaluating the final business case.

Can VALPRIA build the automation for me?+

Yes. Where appropriate, VALPRIA can take an assessed opportunity through technical discovery and implementation, turning the Automation Plan into a working production solution. Specialist expertise may also be brought in where the requirements call for it.

What happens after I request implementation?+

Your assessment and Automation Plan are attached to the implementation request so VALPRIA can review the opportunity in context. The next stage is technical discovery and scoping, where the systems, integrations, constraints, security requirements and expected outcomes can be reviewed before any implementation is agreed.

What is the role of VALPRIA sponsors?+

Sponsors receive clearly identified visibility alongside the VALPRIA platform. They do not influence assessment scores, recommendations or Automation Plans. Visitors may choose to explore a sponsor's website or services as an alternative option, but sponsorship does not mean VALPRIA automatically routes implementation enquiries to that organisation.

Do I need technical knowledge to use VALPRIA?+

No. VALPRIA is designed to assess the business process first. You describe how the process currently works and answer practical questions about workload, judgement, data, exceptions and systems. Technical implementation decisions come later if the opportunity is taken forward.
